Real Estate Marketing University is a Facebook advertising training company that specializes in social media marketing and business development.

Here’s the thing:

You don’t need to know everything we do.

We are a highly specialized online training company. We teach real estate agents how to gather more leads, close more deals, automate their systems and processes, scale their business, and create the life they’ve always wanted to live using social media. Delivering quality training content on the web is no small task. Our goal is to nurture relationships with our agents and make them happy, passionate, loyal customers and colleagues. We do this by actively listening to their needs and guiding them to the fullest use of the services we offer. We are looking for someone with the right mix of empathy, writing skills, and technical knowledge to get the job done.

Here’s the other thing:

You need to know everything we do.

Sorta. This not a position people just walk into knowing what we do behind-the-scenes. We know that; and that’s why we train you to do the job we hired you to do. You will learn from all of our staff including our existing support team, our content development team, our media production team, and more. As a Support Specialist, helping people has to has to HAS TO be your passion.

A typical day involves:

  • helping people through our online curriculum
  • troubleshooting, investigating, and reporting agent concerns
  • building a community of support by sharing knowledge and insight
  • being an active member of a fast moving team

Being a Support Specialist requires:

  • patience, grace, and a sense of humor
  • excellent writing and communication skills
  • comfort using Google Drive, WordPress, real-time messenger applications, and, of course, social media
  • the ability to learn quickly and pivot priorities from one day to the next

You do not need a background in real estate; but interest in entrepreneurship is a plus. Experience in online support forums is even BETTER.

We just moved into a lovely new office with ground-to-ceiling white boards everywhere, a recording studio, a small kitchen, a ping-pong table, and an extremely comfortable couch that is notorious for swallowing keys, phones, loose change, and popcorn. More perquisites are being added; but today we are looking to add another member to the team.
